Feb. 3CATLETTSBURG A grand jury sitting in Boyd County issued a stack of indictments this week. Kenneth Lee Riley, 54, of Bridgeport, was indicted on five counts of burglary, four counts of grand larceny and one count of misdemeanor petit larceny, according to Harrison County Prosecutor Rachel Romano.
